5 Principles of Call Pay

The traditional approach to call pay is detrimental to a hospital’s culture. It divides the medical staff and creates an environment of distrust. Furthermore, it’s quickly becoming financially unsustainable for most organizations. 

 

Our Call Pay Solution was born out of one hospital’s desire to create a better approach. Working closely with a team of physician leaders, we realised that a more creative solution was needed.
