Max Hockenberry

Max Hockenberry is a Founding Partner of MaxWorth Consulting Group, LLC and co-creator of the patent pending Call-Pay Solution®. Max teaches this concept of a mutually beneficial pay for call concept which achieves hospital and physician alignment as a Guest Fellow with the Estes Park Institute, the ACHE Congress, in conjunction with the Horty Springer Law Firm, and numerous other national venues. He has 25 years of experience in incentive compensation design and related financial services.
Max’s educational background includes graduating Cum Laude and receiving his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. He received his Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) license from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. in 1989 through the College for Financial Planning. The American College granted him the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 1997.
When Max is not assisting in addressing hospital and physician misalignment, he lives happily in Charlotte, NC with his wife Debbie and their four children.
